Missionaries

You would think that sending a child off on a mission would get easier each time you do it. I should be practiced and efficient after six trips to the MTC. But sending this seventh missionary is still a pull on the heart strings. And even though she has been off to school and out of our home for a while, sending one of your children on a mission is still saying farewell for some time. I know, I know, that the blessings are great. I know, I know, that it will be a life changing opportunity for her and the people she will teach. I know, I know, that I can give my child up to the care of the Lord. He knows how to take care of her better than I. I know, I know that I wouldn't have it any other way. But still. The number seven trip to the MTC won't be any easier than number one. Even if we just drop her off at the curb. Love you Hermana DeMille.
