Tristan knows how to grow a good garden. It always tastes so good to eat fresh vegetables. We enjoy it a lot! But this time of the year is an exhausting time of the year with a garden! Today Tristan picked the corn and beans and we went to work canning the beans and freezing the corn. We got over 50 quarts of frozen corn. Now we need grandkids to come eat dinner with us to eat it up this winter. Freezing corn isn't too hard, but it does make a starchy mess all over your kitchen and floor. So besides freezing it, there are a couple of hours of clean up, moping floors, and putting kettles away afterwards. TIRED, TIRED.
