1. I love to sing! Christmas gives me the opportunity to sing in groups. I love to harmonize with Christmas CDs when I am home alone.
2. Candy covered Christmas tree pretzels from Christensens Dept. store.
3. Christmas music. I love to listen to it and also play it on the piano.
4. Christmas trees. I love to sit and look at them at night when the lights are low. Can't get enough of Christmas trees and Christmas ornaments.
5. Christmas decorations. I hate the work of putting them out, but then I love to look at them every day (and love to keep buying more each year!) My friend Carolyn and I always look at each other's houses at Christmas. I like it because she looks at each and every little detail. She is a Christmas kindred spirit.
5. Christmas gifts. I never could understand when I was a child when my mom told me it was better to give than to receive. Now I do. I love to find and give presents to my family and friends.
6. Cheeseballs and crackers
7. Caramels. I miss my friend, Mabel, who was the expert caramel maker.
8. Something that makes the house smell good; candles, spray or scentsy.
9. Baking and making things for Christmas. So satisfying. Too bad I never leave enough time to enjoy this part more.
10. Thinking about the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas is such an easy time of the year to feel His spirit. Celebrating His birth really does make the night calm and bright.

Your best post yet! I love this one. I also love Mabel and her carmels, I had forgotten about those. Your tree looks great, can't even tell it is artificial!
